FAIRMOUNT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Fairmount Elementary School was originally built in the late 1970s.  The extensive modernization project focused on enhancing accessibility and fire life safety measures for the four hexagon-shaped, two-story buildings.  At the main entrance, a new curved ramp was added to provide access for all to the multi-level site.  In addition, four permanent modular classrooms were added to the school’s yard to accommodate the school’s growing needs.
